Depending on the role you are applying for, our interviews are often technical in nature. If you don’t understand a question, ask for clarification. We are just as interested in how you approach solving problems as we are in your solution.

Interview Etiquette
The dress code at Silicon Labs is business casual.
(Virtual) We recommend using headphones to prevent any background noise.
(Virtual) Make sure you are in a well-lit location with no distractions in the background of your camera feed. Ensure that you are the focal point on the screen.
In a virtual setting, it can be more difficult to convey gestures and body language than it would in-person. We recommend engaging your interviewer by occasionally nodding, maintaining eye contact (looking into your camera or at the screen), and using positive body language.
