Community Commitment

Innovative solutions don't stop at our products - we're focused on addressing complex community challenges through collaborative, actionable and results-driven programs. We partner with nonprofits and organizations around the globe to build a more diverse, equitable and inclusive world.

We donate a portion of our annual profits to charitable organizations focused on STEM and education, DEI, critical community needs and providing relief in times of crisis through financial, volunteer and in-kind support. Our programs impact the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals #2, 4, 5, 8, 10, and 11.

In 2024, we signed a letter to the United Nations (UN) Global Compact confirming our commitment to their ten principles and becoming an official participant of their organization. This milestone represented a significant moment in publicly reinforcing our commitment to sustainability, resonating with our core value of "doing the right thing.”

We support our community both every day and when disaster strikes. We donate grants, volunteer time and/or board service to organizations that provide critical community infrastructure, including food, shelter and employment.

When disasters occur in our communities where we operate, from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic to hurricanes in areas where we operate, we work with local sponsors to determine the best way to help and which organizations to support.

All employees worldwide receive 24 hours of paid time off to volunteer in their communities. Each of our sites organize volunteer events throughout the year, and employees are invited to participate in our annual Month of Service.

We encourage our employees to make an impact using their time and skills to suppot causes that are important to them. 

Through our employee board service program, we encourage leadership development skills and giving back to the community. Employees receive guidance and training, as well as a grant made in their name to their organization.
