Built on the secure, ultra-low-power xG23 platform that includes innovative low-energy features as well as high performance, the EFM32PG23B200F128IM40 MCU is ideal for a wide range of battery-powered or energy-sensitive applications. This device includes 128 kB Flash, 64 kB RAM, 29 GPIO, 80 segment LCD controller, 16-channel ADC with options for 12 or 16-bit resolution, 2 x analog comparators, a 2-ch VDAC, and multiple communication interfaces, and best-in-class security with Secure Vault™ in a compact QFN40 package.
