C8051F92x-93x Ultra Low-Power MCUs

The C8051F920-GM is an ultra-low power microcontroller (MCU) that has been designed from the ground up to be highly power-effective. The MCU features a powerful 8051 core with 25 MHz performance along with 32 kB Flash, 4.25 kB RAM  and a 10-bit, 23-ch., 300 ksps ADC in a 5x5 mm, QFN32. The C8051F920-GM also operates down to 0.9 V and up to 3.6 V to enable single-cell battery operation as well as dramatically increasing the battery life for dual-cell applications. With an integrated dc-dc converter and low energy modes to reduce the active and sleep currents, the C8051F920-GM is ideal for applications such as portable medical products, consumer electronics, industrial monitoring and control, wireless meter reading, portable audio, remote controls and other low-power applications.
