This device includes 512 kB Flash, 128 kB RAM, 48 GPIO, 160 segment LCD controller, 16-channel ADC with options for 12 or 16-bit resolution, 2 x analog comparators, a 2-ch VDAC, and multiple communication interfaces, and best-in-class security with Secure Vault™ in a compact QFN68 package.
