EFR32SG23 Sub-GHz FSK Wireless SoC for Amazon Sidewalk

The EFR32SG23 is a secure, low power wireless SoC for Amazon Sidewalk devices that supports sub-GHz FSK, providing reliable range beyond the front door to cover detached buildings, pools, and spas. The multi-core device has efficient ARM Cortex®-M33 running up to 78 MHz and with 512 kB of Flash and 64 kB of RAM. The low active and sleep currents make it ideal for battery operated end devices like sensors including door, window, and temperature sensors devices, while the link budget of 129.5 dBm provides long range and reliable communication. The dedicated security core supports our Secure Vault™ High, bring industry leading IoT security to the device to protect wireless data and the device from both remote and local attacks.

Works With 2024

Where Innovation Meets Implementation

Works With, the premier Silicon Labs developer event of the year, is back! This year will feature three regional, in-person developer events in San Jose, Hyderabad and Shanghai. Participants will experience a full day of training sessions and dedicated technology tracks, as well as a demo lab and networking opportunities. The agenda for these in-person events will also include engineer-led, hands-on workshops where participants will learn practical ways to accelerate the development of their projects with the latest tools, techniques, and resources.

We'll wrap things up with our Works With Virtual training sessions, keeping you up to date on the latest technology trends, all from the comfort of your remote location.
