The EFR32MG26B510F3200IL136 is an ideal solution for 802.15.4 wireless networks including Zigbee, Thread, and Matter over Thread devices. This feature rich device provides 3200 kB Flash and 512 kB RAM, best in class RF performance including -105.4 dBm receive sensitivity for 802.15.4 and 10 dBm output power, with low current consumption.

This Tri-Core device includes an ARM Cortex-M33 running up to 78 MHz for the main core, while the dedicated radio core offloads timing critical radio functions. The dedicated Secure Vault™ security core protects both your data and device.

In addition to the multiple cores, the device has an AI/ML hardware accelerator that can reduce both the time and power needed for AI/ML inferencing at the edge, including predictive maintenance, glass break detection and even wake-word detection.

This all comes together to provide the most feature reach solution for your smart home, smart lighting, and smart building applications.
