EFR32FG22 Series 2 wireless SoC, EFR32FG22E121F512IM32, is designed with a strong focus on energy efficiency. It includes a 38.4 MHz ARM Cortex-M33 core, providing plenty of processing capability, while integrated security features provide fast encryption. This device includes 512 kB of flash, 32 kB of RAM and is available in a QFN32 package. With up to 6 dBm maximum power output and an excellent receive sensitivity of -102.1 (250 kbit/s OQPSK) dBm, the EFR32FG22E121F512IM32 provides a robust RF link for reliable communications and industry-leading energy efficiency for electronic shelf label, building automation and industrial wireless sensor applications.
