The device includes Secure Vault, 768 kB of flash, 64 kB of RAM and is available in a QFN32 package. With up to 20 dBm maximum power output and an excellent receive sensitivity of -97.1 (1 Mbit/s GFSK) dBm, the EFR32BG21B020F768IM32 provides a robust RF link for reliable communications for Bluetooth 5.4 and Bluetooth mesh applications.
