The EFR32MG12P431F1024GM68 includes a 40 MHz ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller with 1024 Flash, 256 RAM and a rich peripheral set in a QFN68 package. With 19 dBm maximum output power and receive sensitivity of -120.6 dBm (2.4 kbps 2 GFSK 868 MHz), the device provides an excellent link budget for greater range and reliable RF communications. Built with low-power Gecko technology, which includes innovative low energy techniques, fast wake-up times and energy saving modes the EFR32MG12P431F1024GM68 reduces overall power consumption and maximizes battery life. The EFR32MG12P431F1024GM68 includes wireless networking stacks for Zigbee,  Thread.
